How to Create Aesthetic Skin Treatment Packages That Actually Work

Let’s face it (pun intended LOL): in the world of aesthetics, slapping together a few random treatments and calling it a “Glow Package” just doesn’t cut it anymore. Your patients are smarter, savvier, and they’re bombarded with more options than ever.
So how do you create treatment packages that are irresistible, results-driven, and sell? You’re in the right place, keeping reading!
1. Start With Science, Not Just Sparkle
We all love a catchy name (my clinic included) ‘Glass Skin Express’ or ‘hydra Luxe’, ‘Snatched & Smooth’ but it needs to be substance > sparkle.
Ask yourself:
* What skin concerns are you really targeting?
* Is it acne, pigmentation, dullness, aging, rosacea?
* Are these treatments synergistic (aka do they play nicely together, or will they throw a skin tantrum?
As medical aesthetic practitioners we NEED to combine science-backed treatments like microneedling, LED, peels, or mesotherapy with reasonable matienance for the best of both worlds.
For example a package could look like;
Reboot & Radiate Package (6 weeks)
* Week 1: Skin prep + facial
* Week 2: Chemical peel
* Week 3: LED light therapy + hydration infusion
* Week 4: Microneedling
* Week 5: Post-needling LED recovery
* Week 6: Finishing facial with lymphatic massage
2. Don’t Sell a Treatment, Sell a Transformation
Let’s be honest; patients don’t come in asking for a 20% mandelic acid peel. They come in asking, ‘How do I get rid of these breakouts?’ ‘Can you make me look less tired?’
‘I have a wedding in 8 weeks. Help.’
So now let’s think with our business brains, what does this Translate too? Sell the end result, not the process!!
So instead of saying;
4x Dermaplaning Sessions + 2 Peels and this is how much it’s going to cost.
Try:
The Flawless Bride Package; a 6-week journey to glowing, photo-ready skin with zero downtime and all the wow. Focus on benefits: clearer skin, reduced pigmentation, smoother texture, and a picture perfect base for any event.
3. Bundle with Brilliance (and Strategy)
Now this is the hardest part (from experience) the package structure.
So Here’s an example of what has worked in my clinic (and trust me we’ve tried it all)
The Glow-Up Trio (3 Sessions)
* Great for: First-timers or budget-conscious clients
* Keep it simple: Cleanse, treat, glow
* Example: wow facial + Peel + HydraBoost
The Signature Six (6 Sessions)
* Medium-tier with deeper results
* Introduce advanced treatments with proper prep
* Good value for money
The Luxe 8-WeekTransformation
* High-ticket, high-end, high-impact
* Perfect for brides, events, or skincare bootcamps
* Add in bonuses: home care kits, lymphatic drainage, LED unlimited sessions
4. Don’t Forget the Aftercare
Skin transformations don’t end in the clinic, we all know that as practitioners but it’s important for patients to be aware of this to. Curate a home care routine that complements the package, actives, cleansers, SPF (because if they ruin your work with a sunbed, what’s the point?)
Upsell opportunities:
* Homecare kits
* Follow-up facials at discounted rates
* Skin membership plans (hello, recurring revenue!)
Finally: Package With Purpose
Creating aesthetic skin packages isn’t about throwing in everything but the steamer. It’s about crafting a clear, results-driven journey that feels personalised, luxurious, and worth it.
Remember:
* Science + storytelling = skin-selling magic
* Speak to results, not ingredients
* If patients feel good, they see results then it will sell
Grace x
